In case of a credit dispute, please submit a report direct to Facebook via the following procedures.
- Click "Report/Contact this App" on the game screen. It is either located immediately below the ads to the right of the game or and the extreme left corner of the Facebook page.
- In the "Report to Facebook" section select "I'm having an issue with a payment or virtual goods purchase" and then click submit.
- Enter the Facebook Payment support center by checking the check box and then clicking "enter".
- Follow the on screen instructions which may vary based on the options chosen.
Please note that requests for refund of cases which are over 2 months may not be entertained.
